The 2026 BAC Bruin Benefit Bash will take place on Saturday, March 28, from 7-10 p.m. at
South End Zone at The University Club at Lane Stadium. This annual event is not to be
missed: it offers an opportunity to support our student athletes and network with others in our
community while enjoying food and drinks, silent & live auctions, games and prizes. Previously the live
auction included exciting items such as weekend get-a-ways, jewelry, and an electric scooter, just to name a few.
This fundraiser is a game-changer for our student athletes and program. Proceeds help cover
annual operating expenses (referees, travel, equipment, capital improvements, etc.). Larger contributions in previous years have enabled us to install synthetic turf in Bill Brown Stadium, and more recently, wind screens on our tennis courts, a net system for volleyball, wrestling mats and a batting cage.
With your support this year, we plan to raise at least $25,000 for operating expenses plus the expansion of our NEW HUDL system (purchased in 2025), a high-performance technology platform to benefit students, athletes, coaches and recruitment by capturing and analyzing film and data. For a $50 dollar donation, you can buy a coach a ticket (BAC provides one coach ticket per team, but most teams have multiple coaches).
Each event ticket includes hors d’oeuvres and two drink tickets.
